Michelle is one of the strongest advocates of walking in the UK. She ran Hertfordshire’s Walking for Health scheme for six years, tripling the number of participants. Michelle also worked for The Ramblers, Britain’s leading walking charity, where she headed up a team promoting hundreds of campaigns.

“I saw first hand the huge benefits and enjoyment that people get from walking together. And I’ve made it my mission to get as many people outdoors and active as I can!”

When she’s not commandeering her parents’ dog Millie for a country hike, Michelle can be found touring the properties of The National Trust and English Heritage. Her ambition is to visit every single one. That’s a lot of gift shops to get through, Michelle!
